Magic
Chu is what is called a "Spark Mage" by the locals -- she is able to control static energy in the air around her. She can send small arcs of electricity towards her enemies and is able to conduct this electricity for long distances through compatible material, mainly metals.
Some members of the New Order team feel she should be trained and tested by the Council upon their return to the New Order. Chu's magic may be the remnants of an ancient and largely forgotten form of magic -- Lightning Magic.
