SeiRei is thoroughly ashamed of her past and never speaks of it before a certain point. To an extent, she has repessed the memory of her past, remembering only the pain and the emotional scarring she was forced to endure as a result of her gender(s).
In her early memory, she remembers her mother caring for her and nearly always on the move. For the sake of simplicity, SeiRei (under her original name) was rasied as male until his early years. His mother never spoke of her father or why they never settled. By far the worst years of his life came during puberty when his diguise as a male eroded.
It was around the age of eleven that SeiRei switched identities and began to refer to herself as female. It was also around this time that her memory goes blank. At fourteen, she adopted the name "SeiRei," traveled to Sefina, and worked to support herself and attend school. A teacher noticed her potential for magic and she was quickly tested. Soon after that she was placed in the care of one of the best Hand Wizards the New Order had to offer.
Again during this time she caught wind of the rumors that spread about her and managed to endure the hostility directed at her. When a group of young men confronted her, she made short work of handing them their asses and sent them home. She still recieved the occasional odd glance, but no one spoke of her again.
Despite her attitude and relatively young age, she has earned status as a wizard. And, like her mentor, she is one of the best in the New Order.

Magic
SeiRei has remarkable control over teleporting objects compare to the normal Hand Wizard. By gesturing at an object, she can move it instantly. The weight of the object(s) and the distance moved increase the odds of some sort of failure, however.
Focusing her power, she can hold an object or person in mid-air, making it hover against its will.
SeiRei is also capable of seemingly increasing her strength, but she is really just making her enemy move more than they normally should when she hits them. This can also be done to herself, allowing her to jump higher or run faster than normal.
A more small-scale power is compressing air molecules in an area, usually doing so to invisibly crush an enemy's throat. This is a rather complicated spell, and she can only do this for small areas at a time. She typically does this to either show off or if she has the luxury of focusing very deeply.
