Awesome Homemade Crusty Bread (Bread Machine)

Description: Found this recipe on the internet and made it last night for dinner. It is the best bread I have made since I got my bread machine. Crusty, light inside and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup warm water
• 1 package active dry yeast
• 2 tablespoons shortening
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 1/2 cups flour

Steps:

1. Place ingredients in bread machine in the order according to the manufacturer's directions.
2. Use the regular bread cycle.
