Beef or Chicken Fajita Marinade

Description: Ive tried lotsa fajita marinades, and so far this one is the best..Try it and see if you like it as much as we do.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon lime zest
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 (14 1/4 ounce) can low sodium beef broth

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
2. Enough for 2-3 pounds beef or chicken.
