Blueberry Syrup
Description: I like the wild blueberries best. Easy recipe and you can use frozen berries if fresh are out of season. This also freezes well. Great as Christmas gifts.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups blueberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Steps:
- Simmer 12 minutes.
- Cool and bottle.
