Budget Stretcher Beef and Potato Casserole
Description: This is a fast to fix main dish. I make this when I'm not in the mood to cook and it is budget friendly.
Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed vegetable beef soup, undiluted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
