Carolina Honey BBQ Sauce

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 cup white vinegar
• 1/2 cup molasses
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium/high heat.
2. Whisk until smooth.
3. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until mixture thickens.
