Chinese Chicken Wings
Description: Really good, simple recipe! Really yummy wings. I never have any leftovers. Marinating time is added in prep time.
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Add wings and marinate overnight.
- (I have often marinated in fridge for 1 to 2 days) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
