Corn Casserole
Description: I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. We have this every year at Thanksgiving. I always have to double the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Steps:
- Mix above ingredients in casserole dish and bake in a 350* oven for 45 minutes, or until set.
