Description: My own creation...I eat this EVERY day for breakfast. Very healthy, low-fat/cal, and filling (especailly when using whole-wheat bread). Also a great breakfast for diabetics

Steps:

  1. Toast bagel, english muffin, or bread.
  2. Top with sliced banana.
  3. Spread cottage cheese evenly over top.
  4. Sprinkle sugar substitute and cinnamon over top.
  5. ENJOY!
