Crock Pot Barbecued Hamburgers
Description: Mix the hamburger patties, brown them, and freeze them in advance and you'll have little to do at the last minute.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 18 ounces barbecue sauce
Steps:
- Combine beef, onions, ketchup, salt, egg, and bread crumbs. Form into 4 patties. Brown both sides lightly in skillet. Place in slow cooker.
- Cover with bbq sauce.
- Cover bake on high 3 hours or low 6 hours.
