Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix until well combined.
4. Form into 1" balls.
5. Flatten balls with a fork.
6. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
7. (To make more than 1 run of cookies just double the recipe).
