Easy Pleasing Meatloaf

Description: I found this recipe several years ago and use it regularly. You can substitute BBQ sauce for the ketchup. Finely diced green peppers also are a nice addition.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup water
• 2 lbs lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
• 1 (6 1/4 ounce) package Stove Top stuffing mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup ketchup, divided

Steps:

1. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup ketchup.
2. Shape meat mixture into an oval loaf.
3. Place loaf in a 9x13 baking dish.
4. Top with remaining ketchup.
5. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
