Description: This is my favorite holiday bread to make and I am not that much of an eggnog lover! Make great gifts! You can freeze the eggnog and make year long, too!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup dairy eggnog
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 teaspoons rum extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Steps:
beat eggs in large mixing bowl.
Add next 5 ingredients blending well.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until just moist.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350* for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, removed from pan.
