Farfalle (Bow Tie) Pasta With Chicken & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

  1. In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add the chicken, onions, sundried tomatoes, basil, thyme, oregano and garlic.
  3. Sauté until chicken is almost cooked.
  4. Add the whipping cream and parmesan cheese.
  5. Continue to simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. In large pot, bring water to boil and cook pasta until al dente.
  8. Drain.
  9. Toss the pasta with the sauce.
  10. Place in individual pasta bowls.
  11. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese and black pepper.
