Fresh Peach Cake

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups flour, plus
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups diced peaches
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Steps:
- Cream butter and sugar and add egg.
- Add flour, soda, salt and milk and beat until smooth.
- Gently fold in peaches.
- Pour into greased and floured 13x9 pan.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
