- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- lemon wedge (to garnish)
Steps:
- In a saucepan, simmer ginger, honey, cinnamon, and water for 20 minutes. Simmer longer for stronger tea.
