Comments: Whew! I finally finished this. Okay, this was drawn on paper at first, but then I decided I wanted to color it on the computer, so I traced and colored it in Adobe Photoshop. Hm... I should've given it a background, but oh well. It was just so tiring drawing this. Anyway, Numbuh 86 is one of my favorite characters and she's really fun to draw. ^____^
