- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 -4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4-1 cup nonfat milk (depends on how thick your batter is)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup finely grated carrots or 1/2 cup baby pureed carrot
- 3/4 cup golden raisin
Steps:
- beat all ingredients but the last three.
- stir in last three ingredients.
- batter will be thick.
