Acapulco Mocha Iced Latte

Description: I found this latte in Cappuccino Espresso the Book of Beverages by Christie and Thomas Katona. Looks good.

Ingredients:

• ice
• 1 fluid ounce espresso
• 1 ounce chocolate syrup
• 1 ounce orange syrup
• 1 ounce coconut cream or 1 ounce coconut syrup
• 4 ounces milk, cold, approximately

Steps:

1. Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice, add espresso and syrups and fill with cold milk.
2. Stir to combine flavors and serve immediately.
