Alex's Mexican Spice Mix
Description: Why buy taco mix from the store, when you can make your own at home for much cheaper? Here's a recipe you can follow to the letter, or just use as an inspiration for your own mix. This goes great with hamburger.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon cumin
Steps:
- Mix all of the spices together and store in an air tight jar.
