Apple-Carrot Salad With Walnuts
Description: Easy and refreshing salad. You can play around and use plain yogurt or add chopped pineapple or kiwi.
Ingredients:
- 3 apples, sliced thinly
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple yogurt
Steps:
- Put all ingredients in medium bowl and mix together.
- Serve chilled or room temperature.
