Banana Cake Cookies

Ingredients:

• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 2 egg whites
• 1/2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
• 1 medium banana, mushed
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips (I use a combination of white chocolate chips,semi-sweet chocolate chips, and Hershey's special dark )
• 4 marshmallows, shredded

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Stir flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl, set aside.
3. Beat applesauce, egg whites, and sugars with a mixer.
4. Mix in mushed banana and vanilla.
5. Slowly add flour mixture to mixer.
6. Add chocolate chips.
7. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet (I made 3 dozen small).
8. Bake for 15 minutes.
