Banana Raspberry Smoothie
Description: This has lots of good for you stuff, with some peanut butter for protein and optional nutritional yeast.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt (or vanilla yogurt can be subbed)
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 1 banana, cut up
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 -2 teaspoon honey
- 1 -2 teaspoon nutritional yeast (optional)
- ice cube
Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Add ice cubes to your “taste” to make it thicker.
