BBQ Chicken & Potato Packets Aka BBQ Kisses
Description: We call these BBQ kisses because of the foil wrap similar to a candy kiss. Kinders BBQ Sauce is my sauce of choice but use whatever you like best. My brother uses Stubb's
Ingredients:
- 1 lb cubed cubed boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups cubed potatoes
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Steps:
- Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Place equal amounts onto 4 large rectangles of heavy duty foil. Bring up sides of foil and fold over twice. Fold in ends, leaving room for air to circulate. Grill over medium heat for 30 minutes.
