Description: this is definitely a texas influenced bbq sauce...but without the tomato base...and definitely without the kansas city/memphis vinegar base!!!!
Ingredients:
1 (24 ounce) can peaches
1 (12 ounce) jar Dijon mustard
2 fresh garlic cloves or 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 tablespoons mustard powder
12 ounces beer
Steps:
add all ingredients into one pot --
bring to a boil -- then simmer for 20 minutes -- .
