Description: I've tried many baked oatmeals, most dry and not so perfect. This is the absolute best in my opinion. This can be doubled easily, just bake for 35-40 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
Steps:
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into a greased 9-inch-square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with milk.
