Ingredients:
1 large onion, sliced into 1/2 inch-thick rounds
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
Steps:
Heat grill to medium-high. Brush both sides of onion rounds with the olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Grill until blackened and tender, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
