Cherry Ripe Cocktail
Description: A cherry ripe is a chocolate covered cherry, coconut bar here in Australia, one of my favourites. This cocktail doesn't really taste like the chocolate bar but is still yummy!
Ingredients:
- 30 ml cherry brandy
- 30 ml Malibu rum
- 30 ml Tia Maria
- 60 ml cream
- 4 dark cherries
- ice
Steps:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Garnish with a piece of cherry ripe.
