Ingredients:
3 chicken sausage
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 large carrots, julienned
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Steps:
Use cooking spray on medium heat in a large skillet or wok.
Break up and cook sausage until browned.
Add onion, green pepper and carrots and fry until cooked.
