Description: Another traditional Romanian dish which is great served with a softer Recipe#410840.Grandma made it this way,but new version of the recipe might use more veggies.My mom uses chicken cube in this,if you do so omit the salt.
Ingredients:
2 chicken legs or 2 chicken breasts
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 carrot, grated
1 cup water
400 -500 g sour cream
2 tablespoons flour diluted in milk
pepper, salt
Steps:
Fry the chicken on both sides until it starts to brown.
Add the onion, the grated carrot and the water and let it cook for about 20 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
