Choco-Monkey Protein Shake

Ingredients:
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon natural-style peanut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 medium banana
