Chocolate Cream Filling
Description: This is really nice inside my best ever chocolate cake, but you could use for any recipie its very simple to make and tastes YUMMY
Ingredients:
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup cream
- 2 egg yolks
Steps:
- Combine the chocolate and cream in a small pan, stir over low heat until chocolate has melted, remove from heat. Whisk in egg yolks until mixture is smooth. Slice cake in half and spread cream filling inside.
