Citrus Garlic Salad Dressing / Marinade

Description: A garlic and citrus vinaigrette. So simple to make. I also use this on cooked veggies such as green beans or broccoli. It also works great as a marinade for chicken or pork before grilling.

Ingredients:

• 3 large garlic cloves
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• salt and pepper

Steps:

1. Peel and mince garlic; set aside.
2. Whisk together other ingredients.
3. Add minced garlic to oil citrus mixture.
4. Can be chilled or used at room temperature.
