Description: Once a year, before Christmas, my cooking club gets together and we make these delicious beef pastries. We freeze them and serve them for the holidays. Serve them with sour cream, chutney or salsa.
Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon clove
1 tablespoon chili powder
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chile, crushed

Steps:
Saute hamburger with onion and garlic until the meat is no longer pink.
