Corn Sesame Saute
Description: A different way of serving corn - yummy.
Use fresh or frozen corn. Cook fresh corn prior to making this recipe, not included in time.
Ingredients:
- 10 ounces frozen whole kernel corn
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat until margarine is melted.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
