Cracker Cookies

Description: Wow! These are outta this world tasting! My favorite cookie. So simple and quick to make. I usually make the icing more of a glaze, but you can make it thicker if you like. Delicious!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup dates, chopped fine
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
• townhouse cracker
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• powdered sugar
• milk, to desired consistency

Steps:

1. Mix first 3 ingredients together.
2. Put in double boiler, cook till thick.
3. Cool.
4. Spread on Townhouse crackers.
5. Place on greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes.
7. Cool, then ice.
