Cranberry Fizz

Description: This simple fruity cocktail comes from Delicious magazine in Australia. The only alcohol you'll need is Bacardi rum.

Ingredients:

• 375 ml cranberry juice
• 375 ml grapefruit juice
• 125 ml bacardi rum
• 1 cup ice cube
• soda water, to top

Steps:

1. Place the cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, Bacardi and ice in a jug and stir to combine.
2. Top up with soda water and serve in tall glasses.
