Description: When you live in the Pacific NW, you look for more ways to use cranberries. Just 4 ingredients make this tasty roast. I usually double the sauce, as we like lots of it.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce
1/3 cup French dressing
1 onion, sliced
3 lbs beef roast
Steps:
In a medium bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, salad dressing and onion.
Place meat in crock pot and cover with sauce mix. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
