Crumb Cake

Description: I got this recipe from a coworker. The topping calls for 3 sticks of butter, but I only use 2. Make sure the topping is ready when the cake comes out of the oven, it needs to go on while the cake is still warm so it sticks (or melts) into it.

Ingredients:

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/3 cups water
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 1/2 cups butter
• 3 cups flour

Steps:

1. For cake, combine ingredients and bake in a greased cookie sheet/jelly roll pan for 13 minutes at 350.
2. Combine topping ingredients and put over warm cake and bake 15 minutes more.
3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
