Easy Tex-Mex Brisket

Description: This is a very easy dish to make in the crockpot. I usually serve this with corn tortillas and red beans & rice. It can be varied by the spices or even usinga bottle of salad dressing.

  1. Place everything in the crockpot.
  2. Turn on high for 1 hour.
  3. Then low for 6-8.
  4. Let the meat cool slightly and then shred.
  5. Heat the tortillas on a grill pan and enjoy.
