El Borincano

Description: Like most tropical drinks made with rum and originating in Puerto Rico, this is a refreshing and slightly intoxicating (hee, hee) beverage.

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce light rum
• 1/2 ounce Amaretto
• 1/2 ounce Cointreau liqueur
• 1/2 ounce pineapple juice

Steps:

1. In cocktail shaker, pour ingredients over ice, shake and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with pineapple or orange slice if available.
