Elegant Easy Adult Dessert

Description: If you are tired of the same old sloppy, heavy, kid style of after dinner dessert you must adopt this simple yet regal offering for the more sophisticated you may be serving. Bailie's works nicely too in place of the Cream de Coco. Kids like it too just eliminate the Cream De Coco.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup vanilla ice cream
• 1/8 cup granola cereal
• 1/4 cup raspberries
• 2 tablespoons Creme de Cacao

Steps:

1. In a martini glass, lay a small scoop of ice cream in the bottom, sprinkle granola over the top and dress with some fresh raspberries and top with Cream de Coco.
