• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons Tabasco jalapeno sauce
• 3 tablespoons lime juice
• 3 celery ribs, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 avocado, chopped
• 1 green apple, chopped
• 1 cup green grape
• 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
• 16 ounces lettuce, shredded

Steps:

1. mix all but lettuce
2. put lettuce on plate
3. top with chicken salad.
