Fabulous Pear Martini

Description: Delicious, fresh tasting Martini. Great for those who like anything mixed with vodka and like the taste of pears :)

Ingredients:

• 1/2 piece of canned pears in light syrup (1/4 of whole pear)
• 2 1/2 tablespoons light syrup, from canned pears
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• 1/2 lime, juice of
• 2 1/2 ounces vodka
• pear, slice (garnish) (optional)

Steps:

1. muddle the pear, pear syrup and simple syrup in cocktail shaker.
2. Add other ingredients and shake with ice.
3. Strain into cocktail glass.
4. Thinly slice the pear, and hang on martini glass.
