Ingredients:
1 cup 100% bran (Nabisco)
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup Crisco
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 pint buttermilk
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-bran cereal (Kelloggs)
Steps:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine Nabisco 100% Bran and boiling water and let cool.
