Description: I got this recipe from a random internet search when I was looking for a salad dressing to serve during my French-themed dinner night. This totally reminds me of something I've eaten in a restaraunt...it's so good, and ended up being my favorite part of the entire meal! Best served over a bed of mixed organic baby greens. There aren't a lot of ingredients, so substitutions are not recommended.
Ingredients:
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt (or sea salt)
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon shallot, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons olive oil
Steps:
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, vinegar, and shallot. Let stand for about 10 minutes.
