Frosted Coffee

Ingredients:

• 1 cup crushed ice
• 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
• 1/4-1/3 cup coffee liqueur
• 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

Steps:

1. In blender, combine ice, ice cream, liqueur and instant coffee.
2. Cover and blend at high speed about 20 seconds or until smooth.
3. Pour into chilled glasses.
