Frozen Chocolate Mudslide (Après-Ski Slammer)
Description: Found online and submitted by Sugarloaf Ski Resort, Carrabasset, Maine USA this is #1 of the après-ski cocktails making the rounds of the slopes this season.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup chocolate ice cream
- 1/4 cup real cream
- 1 1/2 ounces Kahlua
- 1 ounce irish cream
- 1 ounce Absolut vodka
Steps:
- Blend in blender. Serve in tall glass. Garnish with a cherry.
