Gingerbread Men for Dogs

Ingredients:

• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup molasses
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Steps:

1. Place dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl -- blend with a whisk.
2. add eggs, molasses and oil.mix until blended.
3. mixture will be crumbly.
4. place dough on waxed paper.knead until smooth.
5. roll 1/4" thick.cut with 2 1/2" cookie cutters or cut into rectangles or little gingerbread men cutters.
6. place on sprayed cookie sheets.
7. bake at 325* for 30 minutes.
